Shipping & Delivery

Delivery of Goods  

1.1. Orders readily available in our inventory shall be processed within 7 working  days.  

1.2. For orders that require fresh inventory production, shall be processed within 15-30  working days from the date of receipt of orders. The timeline for processing of  orders might vary depending upon the customization and will be communicated to  the customer within 2 working days from receipt of the order on email.  

1.3. The timeline for delivery of orders shall be dependent upon the location of  delivery.  

1.4. For domestic orders – the delivery should happen within 2-3 working days from  dispatching of the order.  

1.5. For international orders, the delivery should happen within 15 working days from  processing of the order and shall be paid by the customer in advance.  

1.6. Shipping and delivery time for international orders is going to be dependent upon  the location of delivery.  

1.7. All orders within India shall be shipped via BVC Logistics and/ or Sequel  Logistics which is a third party for Ena J Singh.  

1.8. All orders outside India shall be shipped via Ferrari/Fed-EX/UPS Priority which is  a third party for Ena J Singh  

1.9. All users shall receive a confirmation mail on the receipt and shipping of order  respectively.  

Exchanges  

2.1. It is our endeavour to provide full customer satisfaction with respect to the  products available on our Website/App, security & customer assistance.  

2.2. The user may request an exchange of the goods delivered only within 24 hours  from the delivery of the order, such exchange shall be a zero-deduction exchange. 

2.3. A product will be acceptable for exchange only if the same is in perfect condition  with all the tags, product certificate, invoice and protective material intact. Any  product returned with any kind of wear and tear or with tampered tag will not be  eligible for exchange. Once the product is returned, it would go under a thorough  examination for any tamper by the Quality control department (QC). Any  

exchange shall be subject to the examination of QC. Any exchange request for a  product that has been used or damaged, shall not be entertained.  

2.4. Acceptance of any exchange/ return is subject to satisfactory examination of  authenticity, originality, damage, cracks, and alterations etc. Hence, handing over  the products will not tantamount acceptance unless specifically accepted by EJS.  

2.5. EJS reserves the right to accept or not to accept the any exchange/ return after  quality inspection.  

2.6. For an exchange after a period of 7 days, a restocking fee of 10% of the order  value will be levied on the exchange of diamond jewellery and 25% of the order  value will be levied on the exchange on uncut diamond or polki jewellery.  

2.7. For the exchange to happen, the item should be in the same condition as it was  purchased (security tag/ label).  

2.8. No taxes such as GST or any government tax levied on the Invoice shall be  refunded back to the customer in such scenario.  

2.9. The user shall have to bear costs of shipping the goods back.  

2.10. The user will not hold EJS liable for any deterioration, damage or loss of the  said Jewellery or otherwise while conducting the examination and testing for the  purpose of above assessment and/or after the completion of the assessment. 

Returns  

3.1. If an order is processed incorrectly or you receive a damaged item, we will replace  it or accept it for a full refund at our expense.  

3.2. Acceptance of any exchange/ return is subject to satisfactory examination of  authenticity, originality, damage, cracks, and alterations etc. Hence, handing over  the products will not tantamount acceptance unless specifically accepted by EJS.  

3.3. EJS reserves the right to accept or not to accept the any exchange/ return after  quality inspection.  

3.4. The user may request a return of the goods delivered only within 24 hours from  the delivery of the order, such exchange shall be a zero-deduction exchange. For  any return to happen, the item should be in the same condition as it was purchased  (security tag/ label/ certificates/ markings). Any return request for a product that  has been used or damaged, shall not be entertained. This is only applicable in case  the order is processed incorrectly or a damaged item is received.  

3.5. For a return during the entire lifetime of the jewel, a deduction of 10% of the order  value will be levied on the return of diamond jewellery and 25% of the order value  will be levied on the return on uncut diamond/jadau/polki jewellery.  

3.6. No taxes such as GST, TCS, etc levied on the Invoice shall be refunded back to  the customer in such scenario.  

3.7. The user shall have to bear costs of shipping the goods back.  

Refunds  

4.1. The refunds for any exchange or return cases shall be made only after 21 days post  receipt of the product.  

4.2. The refunds shall be only via bank transfers and the same shall be made only to the  person to whom the product was invoiced to.  

4.3. Before processing of the refunds, Ena J Singh shall first inspect the products for any  damages on the same.  

Payment Terms  

5.1. Payments in full are essential for us to start processing any order. 

5.2. Any payments made through this website are routed through an external payment  gateway and we shall not be responsible for any payments stuck with the payment  gateway. 

5.3. We do not store an payment details such as Net Banking Credentials, Debit/ Credit  Card Details with us. 

5.4. We accept the payments via NEFT/ RTGS/ Bank transfers, American Express,  VISA/ Mastercard credit cards, debit cards, Razorpay and Paypal. 

5.5. In case, the payments are made via NEFT/ RTGS, the name associated with the  payment account should match with the user ordering the product. 

5.6. For international orders, it is necessary that the payment may be made through a  SWIFT transfer or via Cards.
