Cancellation & Refund Policy
For In-store returns and exchanges, bring the invoice or receipt along with the relevant product and its certificates to our flagship store during our store operational hours 11AM – 7PM (Monday to Saturday).
Once sold and delivered to customer, following terms & conditions will be applicable on Return or Exchange of any type of Jewellery purchased from Ena J Singh Flagship Store:
- For all exchanges and returns Jewellery must be accompanied with original
product certificate as well as the original invoice issued by Ena J Singh. - Acceptance of Jewellery is subject to satisfactory examination of authenticity, originality, damage, cracks, and alterations etc. EJS reserves the right to accept or not to accept the jewellery after quality inspection.
- The Customer will not hold EJS liable for any deterioration, damage or loss of the said Jewellery or otherwise while conducting the examination and testing for the purpose of above assessment and/or after the completion of the assessment. The Customer shall hand over the Jewellery for assessment at his/her/their own risk and they shall alone be solely responsible and liable for any loss or damage caused to the Jewellery at the time of handover to EJS.
- After completion of quality test and inspection following terms of exchange will be applicable:
- Customer can purchase new Jewellery of his/her choice available at the EJS Store at the current market price of new jewellery by using “Exchange Value” of returned jewellery. Any differential amount will be paid upfront at the time of purchase of the new jewellery.
If the Customer wants to exchange the product with some customization of the jewellery by adding diamond(s) to a ring, pendant, earring or any other type of jewellery that is expressly stated as customizable then additional value of the Customization charges would be taken in advance by Ena J Singh at the time of placing an order.
- Presence of Hallmark and HUID code (Hallmark Unique Identification) on the Jewellery for exchange is must. If the Hallmark is distorted or not visible, then subject to final acceptance, an additional deduction of 10% of “Exchange Value” will be applicable.
- Any dispute arising out of the transaction is subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
- Terms & conditions are subject to change at sole discretion of Ena J Singh, without any prior notice.
Return/Exchange Charges:
The user may request an exchange of the goods delivered only within 24 hours from the delivery of the order, such exchange shall be a zero-deduction exchange.
Domestic Order: Our courier partner will collect the order from provided address (within India).
No Return/Exchange on International Orders.
How to Initiate the Return/Exchange Process?
- Customers should contact +918800833647 within 24 hours from the receipt of damaged/wrong product.
- Customers should not return the product before receiving a confirmation mail from us about the same.
- All the products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered and unused.
- Provide the invoice, tags and guarantee card into the package for return process. Without the above, returns will not be processed.
- For jewellery products, customer has to return the jewellery product in its original package with the box, invoice. Without compliance of the above, returns will not be accepted by our shipping agent.
- In case of jewellery product, our customer care will call the customer for confirmation on the damaged item/wrong item.
NOTE: If no action has been taken till 24 hours of receiving the product, the customer shall have to pay the shipping charges to return the product. In such a scenario, that portion of the order which has been dispatched will be deemed to have been accepted by us and the balance would continue to be an offer to us and we reserve the right to either accept or reject the balance offer.
- No act or omission of EJS prior to the actual dispatch of the product(s) ordered will constitute acceptance of Your offer.
If you have provided us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and confirm dispatch and therefore, acceptance of the order thereafter.
- We have made every effort to display the colours and sizes of our products that appear on our Website/App as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and/or other reasons as may be applicable. Also, some products that we sell may appear smaller or larger than their image displayed on the Website/App. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery and/or the monitor’s display will accurately reflect the size or dimensions of the products. Packaging of the product may vary from that displayed on the Website/App.
